The Fetal Treatment Center patient clinic is located on the ground floor in the UCSF Ambulatory Care Center at 400 Parnassus Ave., San Francisco, CA (Google Map).
The entrance to our clinic is easily assessable directly from the main elevator lobby which serves the parking garage and the Irving street entrance near the MUNI N Judah stop.
If you are coming to our clinic via public transit please see our public transit info below. Also, UCSF offers a free shuttle for patients and faculty between our Parnassus Campus, SF General Hospital, MT Zion, Laurel Heights, and our Mission Bay Campus (see Shuttle route & schedule info).

If you are not a patient and have other reasons to meet our staff, you may be instructed to go to our research lab & administration office. This office is on the Parnassus Campus but in a the Health Sciences West building and can be hard to find so please review our directions map.
The UCSF Parnassus Campus is easily accessible using MUNI. The 6 Parnassus, 43 Masonic, and 66 Quintara bus lines run along Parnassus and the MUNI Metro N Judah stops on Irving St.
If you are coming from the N Judah, enter the Irving Street entrance and take the elevators to the Parnassus street level (level "J"). Once you reach the Parnassus street level walk through the elevator lobby towards the Ambulatory Care Center where you will find the entrance to the Fetal Treatment Center.
We have included directions below if you are planning on coming via public transit. However we suggest that you use the 511.org Transit Planner for more detailed information.
Take BART to the Civic Center station and take the N-Judah MUNI Metro, or exit to Market Street and take the No. 6-Parnassus bus to the campus. The MUNI bus line operates along Market Street with a stop in front of the campus on Parnassus Avenue.
Take Golden Gate Transit to the Transbay Terminal. Walk one block to Market Street. Enter the MUNI Metro/BART Montgomery Street station and take the N-Judah MUNI Metro to the campus.
Take CalTrain to the San Francisco station. From there, take the N-Judah MUNI Metro.
Take SamTrans to 8th and Mission streets. Walk one block to Market Street and take the No. 6-Parnassus bus, or enter the MUNI Metro/BART Civic Center station and take the N-Judah MUNI Metro.
