Second Opinion Requests and Referrals

Patients in the San Francisco Bay Area

Patients in the Bay Area who would like to schedule an appointment at our UCSF Clinic, please use our in-person appointment request form.

Patients outside of the San Francisco Bay Area

We hace developed the Inside online patient program for patients that outside the Bay Area. By handling patient evaluations online, patients can avoid the hassle of traveling to our clinic.

Online patients receive their own secure patient portal where they can send us their medical images. Online evaluations are handled by the same highly experienced Fetal Treatment Center team as patients who come to our center.

Online evaluations are currently not available for residents outside of the United States or for residents of LA, ND, NV, OR, SC or the territories of Guam or Puerto Rico due to telemedicine law restrictions.
